Essential Billing & Support Services provides insurance & patient billing, accounts receivable follow-up, and support services for healthcare practitioners.  EBSS will work with practitioners to pre-certify services, set their fees at industry and contractual recommended amounts and assist with maintaining effective superbills for their Practices.  EBSS will work with practitioners to create the most efficient work flow processes, provide analysis of their aging accounts receivable, and train front-line staff in focused customer service while collecting copayments and coinsurance amounts.  Patient records will be created utilizing state-of-the-art medical billing software that facilitates receivable collection from insurance companies as well as patients/clients.  EBSS is able to bill via electronic transmission and paper claim format and will use the most expedient method with primary and secondary insurance companies.  Additionally, cyclical patient statements will be sent by EBSS as well as pre-bad debt soft collection mailings.  EBSS will update patient demographic and financial data, post payments to accounts and provide monthly productivity, financial, and patient reporting to the practitioner.
